Perez Hilton blasted: "Miley taught her everything she knows," while Popvine..com writes: "I don't know where to start with how disturbing this video is.."
CelebrityNews24-7.com reported: "Sorry, Miley Cyrus supporters. But you can no longer wonder why your role model was named the Worst Celebrity Influence of 2009."
It's not the first time Miley's been blamed for influencing her tweenie sibling.
This Halloween, the world gasped when pics of Noah dressed in mini skirt, thigh-high boots and full-on slap did the rounds on the internet.
